Operational Planner

Van Bogaert Bvba is a growing family business that has specialized over the years in deboning and cutting pork hams to customer specifications. Supported by a modern infrastructure and a completely integrated ERP system, you as a customer can count on quality, flexibility and guaranteed traceability.

Van Bogaert is looking for a Operational Planner for the production and packaging department where you are responsible for the planning on the production floor. As a Operational Planner at Van Bogaert, you are the key player of our production floor. You play a crucial role in the efficient execution of our production planning. Together with production managers, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities, monitoring deadlines and optimizing our stock levels.

Job:
  • Execute production planning to meet demand and ensure efficient production processes.
  • Monitoring daily production activities and proactively responding to any bottlenecks.
  • Optimizing inventory levels and ensuring that sufficient raw materials are always available.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including production, purchasing and logistics, to ensure a seamless production flow.
Function:
  • Demonstrated experience in production planning and management.
  • Knowledge of Excel and other planning software.
  • Good communication and team skills.
  • An eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Stress resistance and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Working hours: Start 4:45 until end of work.
